Makatcha has been in business for 6 1/2 years selling Indonesian Rendang on the streets of London and at all major festivals in the UK. We have a unique offering of Beef, Chicken and Vegan Rendang. Served on a bed of rice with a side pickle veg and optional chilli
sambal. These are all homemade which gives a truly authentic taste.
Our company policy operates as follows to achieve the best possible sustainable and ethical conditions:All food containers and cutlery compostable. Food is prepared and cooked in East London. Our meat is sourced in the UK or Ireland and is free range.
Our exotic spices are sea shipped rather than air flown. We use operational procedures and monitoring to ensure minimal food waste.
